Its crack-resistant UV protected vinyl coating stops rust and corrosion. The smooth vinyl coating won't scratch furniture or damage lawns. Its safer and stronger than chain or rope tie-outs. There are forged iron swivel snaps at both ends, and it can be used with dome stake, spiral stake or trolley.
